Two SEC West schools dominate the TSJ preseason All-SEC team. Arkansas sports 13 players (Joe Adams counted twice for WR and PR) on the two deep roster while Alabama placed 12. The Georgia Bulldogs were also well represented with eight players making an appearance on the preseason list.
The Hogs should be loaded on offense as five of their representatives are offensive skill players. Running back Knile Davis is getting Heisman publicity.
The Razorbacks may own the best wide receiving corps in the nation with three receivers making the preseason two deep list.
Alabama’s strength looks again to be a rock-solid defense.
The Crimson Tide are the only SEC team that can boast at least two players on the preseason two deep All-SEC squad at every level on defense.
The running game should be strong again for the Tide as Trent Richardson made the first team as a tailback and will work behind three preseason first team All-SEC offensive linemen.
